Shipping Policy
At Pure Aura, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, delivering your orders with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy for all the details:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Unlock COD on order above 499/-
- Delivery Timeframe: Our estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination, such as between metro and non-metro cities, and between different states. Delivery time is calculated as working days and excludes Sundays and public holidays.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- OTP Verification: For added security, some of our delivery partners may request an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. The OTP will be sent to the phone number provided during purchase. Please ensure to provide the OTP to the delivery partner when requested.
- Damage After Delivery: Once the order is delivered, Pure Aura is not responsible for any damage to the product. Please inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
- Cancellation Before Shipping: If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by reaching out to our customer service team at care@pureaura.in. Once the cancellation request is processed, unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded as a credit note within 4-5 business days.
- Cancellation After Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be stopped or refunded.
- Refunds: As per our policy, we do not offer refunds after a product has been delivered. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
At Pure Aura, we are committed to providing the highest quality Ayurvedic products for children. Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process and is sent to our trusted logistics partners for shipment. Due to this efficient process, cancellations after order placement are not possible. We assure you that every product undergoes a thorough quality check before being dispatched.
