At Pure Aura, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any products once they have been delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged
• The product is leaking during delivery
If your product arrives damaged or leaking, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Reporting a Damaged Product
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with the following details:
• Order Number
• Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or leaking product
• Images of the package received

Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility for a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for products that are confirmed to be damaged during delivery.
Once the request is approved:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial COD amount will be non Refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Product dislike after use
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
